Background: Petmate was looking to expand the Jackson Galaxy line by adding a Litter Scoop to its already diverse portfolio. The idea was to create an ergonomic focused litter scoop emulating what the target audience would find easy to use. Since Jackson Galaxy’s target audience are life-long cat owners, the goal was to create a product that would be timeless.
